Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of eSourcely. By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to them. If you’re using eSourcely on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it.
What eSourcely does
eSourcely is a tool for importing products from your own 1688 supplier account into your Shopify store, syncing stock and pricing, and organising the resulting orders into supplier purchase orders. eSourcely is a software service — we are not a dropshipping agent and we do not buy, sell, ship, or take custody of goods or funds. You transact with your suppliers directly.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own 1688 and Shopify accounts and for complying with their terms.
- You are responsible for the products you import and sell, including their legality, accuracy, quality, pricing and intellectual-property compliance.
- You place and pay for supplier orders yourself, and are responsible for fulfilment, taxes and duties.
- You must keep your login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don’t use eSourcely to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the Shopify or 1688 platforms. We may suspend accounts that do.
Pricing
eSourcely is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll show pricing in the app and bill through Shopify’s billing system, with notice before any charge applies.
Availability & changes
We work to keep eSourcely reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We may update, improve or discontinue features. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, eSourcely is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from supplier conduct, shipping, product quality, or your use of the Shopify or 1688 platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months (which may be zero on the free plan).
Termination
You can stop using eSourcely and uninstall it at any time. On uninstall we disconnect your store and revoke stored tokens.
